Easter reminds us that hope is stronger than we sometimes believe. Especially in a time filled with questions, worries, and uncertainty, the message of Easter sends a powerful sign: life goes on. New life is possible. Hope has a future.
Jesus Christ, whom we remember on Good Friday and at Easter, stands for exactly this hope. Good Friday does not tell the end of the story. After the first and second day comes the third day — and with it the surprising and powerful message of Easter: the tomb is empty. The resurrection shows us that God gives life, a new perspective, and a hope that sustains us.
